Practice Database
In this practice database you will find examples of local authority practice, locally and nationally developed tools and national guidance. The tools and practice examples are arranged according to the 8 National Standards in Leaving Care.
Each tool has a foresheet with information on the nature, purpose and evidence of its impact, where possible. Where we have been unable to provide information about impact from formal evaluative research, we have tried to include feedback from practitioners’ experiences. However, it has not been possible to give information on the effectiveness of every tool and example of practice listed.
