Big lottery launches new fund to support young people make positive transitions

 

Big Lottery Fund is announcing a £30m targeted fund in England to support vulnerable young people lead active and fulfilling lives.   Youth in Focus will seek to address the needs of three groups of young people to make positive transitions:
  •  Young carers          
  •  Young people leaving care
  •  Young people leaving youth offenders institutions
Below is a booklet with further information and a booking form to attend one of our briefing events.  Big Lottery are encouraging partnership applications led by the voluntary and community sector and anticipate making around 30 large awards across England.  Application materials will be available in September together with briefing events across the country.
