Chair of the forum, Sue Whitfield said: "Services for Young People leaving care across the Y&H region benefit from excellent joined up working; this is something the region should be very proud of.  I would like to extend my thanks to all the partner agencies who dedicated their time to jointly develop the guides.

The manager’s forum is very well attended by dedicated managers from all 15 local authorities.  Along side the managers forum, young people and partner practitioners have the opportunity to come together to discuss issues and share good practice, and further develop services that focus on positive outcomes for young people.  Over the next year the forum will retain its focus on ETE and health along with suitable accommodation for care leavers. The Y&H managers are pleased to be able to share their good practice with others around the regions."
