Consultation Events:Draft Guidance and Regulations Planning Transitions to adulthood for looked after children
The Department for Children Schools and Families (DCSF) are consulting on new draft regulations and guidance to specify local authorities’ core duties to deliver effective assessment, planning, placement decisions and reviews for looked after children and support for care leavers.
These events focus on the proposed new guidance and regulations for ‘Planning for transitions to adulthood for looked after children’. They aim to ensure that care leavers are provided with comprehensive personal support in order that they can make a successful transition into adulthood. We will be holding two events:
North - 10th March
