The From Care2Work Quality Mark - Are you a quality champion for care leavers?

The From Care2Work Quality Mark, designed by the From Care2Work team in conjunction with the Young People’s Benchmarking Forum, was created to offer exceptional Employers and Local Authorities recognition of their continued support of care leavers whilst in organised employability opportunities. 

Employers and Local Authorities as employers will have the opportunity to achieve the Quality Mark by completion of 5 key standards Commitment and Opportunities; Recruitment; Induction; Support and Training, and Monitoring and Evaluation. All should be evidenced with examples of how young people have been supported in each standard via Employers/Local Authorities employability programmes. 

For both Local Authorities and Employers, achieving the Quality Mark would demonstrate a commitment to delivering positive opportunities for care leavers, and therefore increase the likelihood of positive work experiences for care leavers.
